Feel welcome to the first BODY(R)EVOLUTION ~ RETREAT.
We turn off mobile phones and laptops for 10 days and dance, play and explore the power places of La Palma 
Somatic and Authentic Movement in nature, body work/play, dance, contact improvisation, music, sounds, singing, silence, body painting, forum, fooling ...
and with laughter, listening to your heart!

When I feel what my body needs, I can feel the deeper needs of the beings and the nature around me.
We explore the simplicity and beauty of life, in respect and love to our true nature and the nature around us. 

Food and perma culture: biological, lightfull, regional, vegan - in the group process we will create it together. There is the opportunity to experience hands on in perma culture... participate in the garden... to plant trees... to harvest &hellip,

Timeframe: We start our journey at 16.11. at 18 clock ... and end at 26.11. with the sunset. ... It is possible to come earlier, and to stay longer &hellip, ask Moksha

Location: Finca Ganesha,  permaculture garden paradise with beautiful dance floor in a DOME,  in the magnificent north west of La Palma, the westernmost and greenest island in the Canaries. 
We have a pool in the garden and of course  always 180* views of this amazing big atlantic pool.

bHousing/Sleeping In tents or under the stars or in small houses or in comfortable apartments in the vicinity.

Flights and mobility: www.skyscanner.com...There are always very cheap direct flights,
especially with Condor. Or with ryanair, easyjet, norwegian to Tenerife South, from there on the ferry about 40 &euro, (www.canarias.arkus.net/lapalma/faehren_verbindungen.php).
Car rental:  We are happy to help.
Prices start at about 130 &euro, / week. At the last seminar on the island, many participants have shared a car. We send updated list of participants.
