Mehr sein als tun. Zu allererst im Körper sein. Wir wollen einen Raum schaffen, wo wir den Körper als Träger von Wissen und Weisheit erleben, auch mit seinen Angstmustern – als Brücke zu mehr persönlicher Freiheit und Verbundenheit zu den anderen.

Contact Improvisation ist unsere gemeinsame Sprache. Wit tauchen ein in somatische Arbeit, erkunden die Kommunikation über Berührung und technische Details rund um’s Gewicht Neben &amp, Nehmen.

Es sind immer noch wir, Daniel und Jörg, und unser Vokabular, das wir in über 12 Jahren gemeinsam entwickelt haben. Es enthält u.a. Contact spezifische Arbeit mit frühkindlichen Bewegungsmustern und die Arbeit mit dem Faszien- und Nervensystem. Wir freuen uns ein Bein aus nach zweieinhalb Jahren von den gegenüberliegen Enden des Planeten wieder zusammenzukommen. Was ist da an Neuem, anders jetzt innerhalb des Wohlvertrauten? Es ist unvorhersehbar, was enstehen wird aber äusserst wahrscheinlich, dass es satt und fantastisch wird.

More being than doing, connecting to our physical base, the moving and sensing body, its knowledge, wisdom and also fear patterns. We want to foster the human ability to connect through the body, creating a field with a common focus on the body, while exploring the individual freedom and the interconnectedness within.

Our language is contact improvisation, diving into its somatic depth, exploring technical details around sharing weight and the communication through touch.

&nbsp,

It is still us, Daniel and Joerg, and our vocabulary that we developed in over 12 years of working together, which includes in CI specific ways of developmental movement patterns, the fascia and the nervous system. We are extremly excited about this workshop, coming together again after two and a half years from opposite sides of the planet: What is new, different now within the known and familiar? It is unpredictable what will happen but highly likely it will be rich and fantastic.
