Water Dancer with Daniel Werner
When I float in water my body remembers. What does it remember you ask might ask. It remembers what it is like to be held utterly. All my years of holding it together begin to relax, the muscles around my spine soften and expand, my spine starts to move in ways that it has not done since I was a 2 year old. Truly I have a snake spine, early movement patterns and qualities, become available to me.
Together we will spend one full day in the warm water unfolding unwrapping opening. Dancing in water will open new dimensions and possibilities that the will guide and nourish our bodies. Then we will return to our dance on the land ground this new movement potential into our land dancing body.
